At Lime Lush, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes a fit isn't quite right. We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit to help you find your next favorite outfit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned within 7 days of starting your return.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next boutique find.
